The De La Salle University (DLSU) Lady Tracksters staged a strong comeback in the rankings last weekend, November 9, at the New Clark City Athletics Stadium. They achieved their season goal of returning to the podium on the final day of the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) Season 88 Athletics Championships, securing four podium finishes across four events.
Two of the medals were secured by Team Captain Abcd Agamanos. Agamanos maintained the momentum gained from the previous days’ triumphs and went on to get the bronze medal for the Women’s 100m Hurdles event. Jecel Vivas from Far Eastern University (FEU) claimed the gold in this event. Agamanos also participated in the Women’s Long Jump category and achieved third place as well. Another player from FEU, Rica Balderama, successfully secured the gold medal in this event.
